PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize security function and back-up function regarding the mobile phone that stores an inputted data. SOLUTION: The mobile phone comprises: a receiving means including the function of a control part 15 that controls it so as to shift to a receiving process without calling sound, when a back-up request signal from a maintenance service center 4 is received via a base station 2; and a transmission means which transmits data held in a memory 17, such as a memory dial data, and a mail address data which are inputted and set in accordance with the back-up request signal, to the maintenance service center 4 via the base station 2.
