PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage level shifter circuit for boosting a low-voltage level signal to a high-voltage level signal at high speed. SOLUTION: FETs Q11, Q7 with each gate connected in common and each drain connected to a signal feeding terminal of a high voltage level VPP, and two or more FETs Q10, Q9 connected in series between the common gate and the source of the FET Q11 and having each drain and each gate connected in common are provided. The voltage level shifter circuit 1 includes a charge pump circuit 5, in which a clock signal with a voltage lower than the voltage level VPP is applied to the odd-numbered FET Q10, out of two or more transistors Q10, Q9, from a view of the source side of FET Q11, and a reverse signal to the clock signal is applied to the even-numbered FET Q9 from a view of source side of the FET Q11.
