PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a situation in a conventional monitor system, where a person has to check whether a monitor device corresponds to a changed structure when the structure of the device to be monitored is changed, dynamic monitoring which corresponds to a changed part is impossible, and a check omission occurs by the intervention of manpower, so as to cause omission in actual monitoring though monitoring is supposed to be performed. SOLUTION: A flexible fault monitoring system is organized by including: the monitor device for monitoring the fault; a means for the monitor device to recognize change in the device to be monitored (1); and a means for the monitor device to acquire information to correspond to the change from the Internet (2).
