PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanger device for a vehicle constituted in a reasonable constitution. SOLUTION: The heat-exchanger device for the vehicle comprises a heat release apparatus 100 and a radiator 200 arranged so that they overlap one over the other and the heat release apparatus is located in the front of the vehicle 1 and a blower means 300 to send a wind from the front to the back, wherein the heat release apparatus is provided with an inlet connector 130 and an outlet connector 140 installed to a tank 120 which protrudes from the side of the radiator when viewed from behind the vehicle, and the inlet connector and the outlet connector are composed block-shaped members formed of connecting pipes 160 of the refrigerating cycle using screws are brazed or welded to the tank in a part protruding from the side of the radiator, and protruding toward the back of the vehicle.
