PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately press a seal lip section of a seal member to a door mirror mounting section with a pressing section of a substrate member when the substrate member is mounted to a door mirror mounting section through the seal member, in the vehicular door mirror mounting structure. SOLUTION: The seal lip section 16 is disposed in a part on the door mirror mounting section 23 side of the seal member 10, and a flexible deflection section 20 is disposed in a part that is different from the seal lip section 16 and adjacent to the seal lip section 16 in the seal member 10. While the substrate member 1 is mounted to the door mirror mounting part 23 through the seal member 10, the part on the substrate member 1 side of the seal member 10 on the opposite side to the deflection section 20 with respect to the seal lip section 16 is constituted so that a pressing part 7 of the substrate member 1 is pressed on the door mirror mounting part 23 side.
