PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody fiber molding for agriculture, civil engineering, and construction which can be produced simply by reusing a woody fiber material as a constitutional material and has flexibility as a whole and a method for producing the molding. SOLUTION: Woody fibers 4 are laminated, and net-like bodies (net-like steel sheets 3) having meshes in which a mesh size L is shorter than the natural fiber length of the woody fibers 4 are set on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the woody fibers 4 and pressed vertically. When the net-like steel sheets 3 having the meshes approximately in the shape of square are used, the mesh sizes L in the longitudinal and lateral directions are made equal.
