PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device and a fastening body for the chuck device hardly getting loose even when rotated at high speed, preventing a bite and damage of a screw part by reducing frictional resistance without using lubricating oil for the screw part, thereby improving tool clamping force by a clamping body. SOLUTION: A recessed part 22 provided with a fastening body 2 is provided on the tip side of a tool holder 1, and an internal thread part 6 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the recessed part 22. An external thread part 7 screwed with the internal thread part 6 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fastening body 2 provided in the recessed part 22. The tool holder 1 is provided with a tapered hole 3 having an opening at the tip and having a large diameter on the opening side. The cylindrical clamping body 4 having a large diameter on the tip side is inserted in the tapered hole 3. The clamping body 4 is provided with slits 8 lined up at predetermined spaces in a radial circumferential direction, and the fastening body 2 is provided with a pressing part 18 for pressing the clamping body 4 toward the base end side of the tool holder 1.
