PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device for an open/close device having a rational relationship, with respect to the weight of the open/close body, between an interval of two handle members after moving operation and opening operation of an open/close body by means of these handle members. SOLUTION: A shutter curtain, being the open/close body, is locked in a manner that an engaging member 21 disposed on a slat 9A forming the shutter curtain is engaged with an engaged member 22 disposed on a guide rail 4. A direction of moving operation of the two hand hooking members 10 for unlocking is the outward direction with respect to the width of the shutter curtain 1. The shutter curtain 1 is opened by applying a lifting force to the handle members 10 whose interval is widened by the unlocking operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
