PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which has stabilized dimensional accuracy and also is prevented from being distorted when assembled by constituting a fixed lens holding part and an imaging device fixing part in one body. SOLUTION: The lens barrel 1 is provided with: a front lens barrel 2 in which a front lens 12 is arranged; and a main lens barrel 3 in which a zoom lens 31, an iris 51, a fixed lens 24 and a focus lens 38 are housed sequentially from the front to the rear and an imaging device for image-forming a subject image is attached to the rear end part. A main lens barrel main body 21 is formed in a box form by resin molding in one body, and also opening parts 29, 39 for mounting a motor 35 for zooming and a motor 41 for focusing are formed on both sides of a lens barrel main body 22 for connecting a fixed lens 24 holding frame part 25 formed in the front of the main lens barrel main body 21 and a mounting part 26 of the image-forming device formed in the rear part.
