PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus that efficiently performs a sorting process for photographs. SOLUTION: A CPU 211 of a terminal device 2 is equipped with an order reception part 211b which receives order information and an output control part 211c which transmits output indication information on ordered photographs to an output device 1 by users, an HDD 32 of a server device 3 has an image storage part 32a where image data are stored and an order information storage part 32b where order information is stored, and an output control part 211c reads print quantity data of photographs out of the order information storage part 32b by the users and transmits output indication information indicating that the image data read out of the image storage part 32a are printed by the quantities of prints corresponding to the photographs to the output device 1.
