The bag (4) normally used for the process has a tendency to fold over at the lower corners under the effect of the centrifugal forces, forming pockets containing sediments not mixed with the fluid. The new design of a bag (4) is provided with a concave bottom area accommodating a shape retaining element (1) with a convex upper surface (21). There can also be a shape retaining element (12) inserted at the top surrounding the inlet (7) and the valves (5, 6).
