<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled egg sheller intended for increasing the rate of the completed product of a shelled boiled egg. <P>SOLUTION: This sheller (A) has such a mechanism that a plurality of attitude changing grooves 14 are continuously set in the circumferential direction on the roll main body 15 of a sending roll 11 composing the sheller (A), continuous projecting rows 16 are wounded around the outer periphery of the roll main body 15 in a form of tracing the bottom of each the attitude changing grooves 14, and a boiled egg E supported with a pair of shelling rolls 8 and 9 and transported with the sending roll 11 is put into the attitude changing groove 14 so as to change the sending attitude and increase a chance of bringing the sharp edge R<SB>1</SB>and the dull edge R<SB>2</SB>of the boiled egg E apt to produce remains of shelling into contact with the pair of shelling rolls 8 and 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
