COST CONTROL SYSTEM AND COST CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost control system capable of calculating manufacturing costs of a predetermined product consistently on the basis of technical data and evaluating a profitability for every process in a short period of time.

SOLUTION: The cost control system for performing the cost control of a manufacturing plant in which a plurality of kinds of products pass through a plurality of processes is provided with: a cost information storage means for storing cost information in a database by kinds and by products; a cost calculation result storage means for performing cost calculation for each process based on the cost information stored by the cost information storage means and storing a result of the cost calculation in the database; a retrieval condition input means for entering retrieval conditions for a prescribed brand or product; and a consistent cost calculation means for taking out results of the cost calculation regarding all the processes through which the product applicable to the inputted retrieval conditions passes from the cost calculation result storage database regarding the product and calculating the consistent cost of all the processes regarding the predetermined product.
