<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means uniforming the condition of firmness in a filter medium in a plastic filter of the type having a plurality of inflow-and-outflow openings of fluids blocked off by the filter medium inserted into a cylindrical side part. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical side part has two or more inflow-and-outflow openings 12 of the fluids such as oil spaced from adjacent inflow-and-outflow openings 12 in an orientation around a cylindrical axis. By fitting a discharge end portion Pa in a pipe body P forming a passage of fluid inwardly from an opened cylindrical one end 10, a cylindrical body 1 made of plastic constituted so as to be provided on the discharge end portion Pa, and the filter medium 2 which forms a cylindrical shape around the cylindrical axis of the cylindrical body 1, and at the same time constitutes an insert of the cylindrical body 1 so as to block the inflow-and-outflow openings 12 through the inside of the wall thickness of pillars 17 formed between adjacent inflow-and-outflow openings 12 of the cylindrical body 1, are provided.
