VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise (hammering noise) from occurring in torque variation in a variable displacement swash plate type compressor of engine drive type which drives a variable displacement swash plate type compressor enabling its displacement to be varied continuously by an engine without passing a magnet clutch.

SOLUTION: A damping member 103 damping the impact of a drive hole 111 against a drive pin 102 forming hinge mechanisms 102 and 111 is disposed on the outer periphery of the spherical body part 102a of the drive pin 102 to eliminate the peeling and falling of the damping material which are the weak point caused when the damping material is installed on the inner peripheral side of the drive hole. By this, problems on the peeling and falling of the damping material can be solved and noise can be prevented from occurring in the torque variation by disposing the damping material 103 on the outer periphery of the spherical body part 102a of the drive pin 102.
