摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel electrolyte and its manufacturing method without having corrosiveness against a metal material like aluminum or stainless steel, with high ion conductivity and good heat stability. SOLUTION: At least one species selected from among bifunctional acrylate compound group represented by a general formula [1], and at least one species selected from among (meta) acrylic ester compound group are heated and copolymerized under an existence of normal temperature fused salt represented by a general formula [2], lithium salt and a polymerization initiator. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each independently represent hydrogen atoms or alkyl groups of carbon numbers 1 to 6, AO represents an oxyalkylene group of carbon number 2 to 20, and n represents a positive integer of 1 to 200. And also, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>each independently represent alkyl groups of carbon numbers 1 to 8, R<SP>5</SP>represents hydrogen atom or alkyl group of carbon numbers 1 to 4, and X<SP>-</SP>is, for example, represented BF<SB>4</SB><SP>-</SP>, PF<SB>6</SB><SP>-</SP>, (CF<SB>3</SB>SO<SB>2</SB>)<SB>2</SB>N<SP>-</SP>, (C<SB>2</SB>F<SB>5</SB>SO<SB>2</SB>)<SB>3</SB>C<SP>-</SP>.
