PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative board for a personal computer main body easy to remove for maintenance or repair, not causing a manufacturer's repairman to declare that the use of the decorative board voids the warranty. SOLUTION: The board having a decorative surface is a thin and resilient board of aluminum, stainless steel, synthetic resin, or the like; L-shape latches are provided facing each other at right and left ends or upper and lower ends of the resilient board and integrated with the resilient board; and L-shape latches facing each other are fitted by the resilience of the board to upper and lower edges or to front and rear edges of right or left side covers of the personal computer main body. The resilient decorative board is thus designed to be attachable to the surface of the right side cover or to the surface of the left side cover of the personal computer main body, and decoration on the personal computer main body side cover is accomplished by freely painting the board or by sticking a color sheet or a picture print to the surface of the cover.
