OPTICAL AXIS ROTATING STRUCTURE FOR MONITORING CAMERA APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis rotating structure for a monitoring camera apparatus capable of making the entire monitoring camera smaller than that of conventional art by limiting the length of a camera unit provided with the optical axis rotating structure to a length of nearly the focal distance. SOLUTION: The optical axis rotating structure is configured by supporting a TILT axis rotating part 4 for supporting a lens holder 5b by fitting the part 4 between an optical axis side fitting part 5a and a TILT side fitting part 4c. Since the optical rotating structure is located between a lens 6 and an imaging device 11 in this way, the length of the camera unit is limited to the length of nearly the focal distance so as to downsize the entire monitoring camera.
