PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocative circuit element having a large outband attenuation, a small absolute value of a temperature coefficient in the outband attenuation, and a small absolute value of a temperature coefficient at a frequency of which isolation becomes the maximum. SOLUTION: A non-reciprocative circuit element comprises a plurality of center conductors 6A-6C mutually crossing on one surface of a flat magnetic body 5, a plurality of capacitors for matching connected to the center conductors 6A-6C each, and an SmCo or AlNiCo magnet 7 that is overlapped to the flat magnetic body 5 and gives a bias magnetic field to the flat magnetic body 5. The flat magnetic body 5 adopts the non-reciprocative circuit element 1 that is expressed by one of the following composition expressions (1)-(3) and is made of garnet ferrite. In this case, the expression (1) is Y<SB>3-x</SB>Gd<SB>x</SB>Fe<SB>t-2y-z</SB>Co<SB>y</SB>Si<SB>y</SB>Al<SB>z</SB>O<SB>12</SB>, the expression (2) is Y<SB>3-x-u</SB>Gd<SB>x</SB>Ca<SB>u</SB>Fe<SB>t-2y-u-z</SB>Co<SB>y</SB>Si<SB>y</SB>D<SB>u</SB>Al<SB>z</SB>O<SB>12</SB>, and the expression (3) is Y<SB>3-x</SB>Gd<SB>x</SB>Fe<SB>t-2y-v-z</SB>Co<SB>y</SB>Si<SB>y</SB>In<SB>v</SB>Al<SB>z</SB>O<SB>12</SB>.
