PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure relief valve being capable of hermetically sealing a pressure vessel by the installation of the pressure relief valve after an aging, being capable of using a silicon rubber film as a vapor-liquid separating film and preventing the generation of a leakage from an interface between the vapor-liquid separating film and a sealing plate. SOLUTION: The pressure relief valve has the vapor-liquid separating film 16 arranged so as to interrupt a communicating hole 14 communicating the inside of the pressure vessel and a valve-mounting space 12, a shaft 17 as a valve seat arranged outside the film 16, a valve body 18 as a valve body pressed into the space 12 and arranged on the outer periphery of the shaft 17, and a locking means 19 for a coned disc spring or the like being fixed onto the sealing plate 4 and locking the valve body 18. A plane-shaped pushing section 20 arranged inside the valve body 18 is molded integrally to the shaft 17. The pushing section 20 is pushed against the base of the valve body 18 when the valve body 18 is pressed in and holds the film 16 between the pushing section 20 and the space 12.
