PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for measuring and/or identifying blood group antibodies, and a method of measuring and/or identifying the blood group antibodies which uses the instrument, for which a required amount of a panel hemocyte is smaller than that in the conventional blood group plate, allowing quantitative measurement, and capable of dispensing with mechanical operations, such as centrifugal operation. SOLUTION: In this instrument for measuring and/or identifying blood group antibodies, the plurality of kinds of panel hemocytes required for examination of blood types are immobilized respectively in different areas, on a substrate, via a substance immobilizing agent, comprising an amphoteric ion type water-soluble polymer or a nonionic water-soluble polymer having at least two photoreactive groups in one molecule.
