PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide mechanism capable of surely moving a slide body at all times without using a retainer and a circulating mechanism such as a roller body, and being inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: This guide mechanism comprises a rail 11, 111 and the slide body 21, 121 linearly moved along the longitudinal direction of the rail. The rail has a longitudinal guide groove 12, 112. The slide body is kept into contact with the rail through the roller body 31, 131 having a roller 32, 132 fitted in the guide groove.
