PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road snow melting water sprinkling unit capable of being continuously operated without a break after starting operation and effectively using waste-water of a drain. SOLUTION: In the unit for melting snow by sprinkling the waste-water 3 through the drain passage 2 from a sprinkle outlet 5 of a road 4, the waste-water 3 of the drain is force-fed to an auto-strainer 50 through a ground pump 30a and/or a submerged pump 30b, and the waste-water 3 is force-fed to a sprinkling pipe 40 to sprinkle water on the road 4 while automatically eliminating floating particles in the waste-water 3 by filtering them with the auto-strainer 50 to make the whole unit to continuously operate without a break.
