PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel applied to a waterproof pan, etc., for a bathroom unit with a narrow stepped part by which lowering of an installation strength of the wall panel is eliminated, the investment amount is suppressed, the assembling work time is shortened, and the number of parts for attaching is reduced. SOLUTION: A front face of a lower horizontal muntin of a panel frame comprising horizontal muntins and muntins assembled to be a rectangle is extended downward in a vertical direction to form a leg part. The leg part has a substantially L-letter shape in cross section formed with the vertical part and a horizontal part which is bent from the lower end of the vertical part backward. A panel surface member is fixed to a front face of the panel frame including the front face of the vertical part. The length of the extended vertical part is substantially the same as the height of the rising part of the waterproof pan. An engaging member engaging an outside of the rising part of the waterproof pan is vertically provided to be integrated with the lower horizontal muntin at a position retreated from the panel surface member by the distance from a front end of the horizontal part to the rising part of the waterproof pan so that the distance from the front end of the horizontal part to the surface of the panel surface member is almost the same as the width of a stepped part of the waterproof pan.
