PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent efficiently removing stains such as oils adhered to metal components, electronic and electric components and the like, which detergent hardly emulsifies the oils stripped from the washed articles by the washing, is excellent in oil drop separability and gives the washed a long life till resoiling the washed and has a long life of detergent itself. SOLUTION: The detergent comprises a fluorine compound (I), water, and dioxane or isopropanol, wherein the fluorine compound (I) comprises a polymer obtained by copolymerizing, as essential components, an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having fluorinated alkyl with an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having silicone chain.
