PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage-stable composition of an organosilicon compound, and to provide a method for stabilizing the organosilicon compound. SOLUTION: This storage-stable composition of the organosilicon compound contains (A) the organosilicon compound and (B) an amino group-containing compound in an amount of 1-499 ppm in weight based on the organosilicon compound (A), wherein the organosilicon compound (A) is selected from a silane (A1) expressed by general formula 1 and a resinous organopolysiloxane (A2) which contains a unit expressed by general formula 2 and has a group selected from a hydroxy group combined with a silicon atom and a 1-18C hydrocarbonoxy group combined with the silicon atom.
