PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic-organic composite flame-retardant composition containing an inorganic hydroxide having a polymer layer and an organic resin, imparting a molded article with sufficient flame-retardance and preventing the lowering of oxidation resistance and increase in dielectric constant, etc. of the molded article. SOLUTION: The inorganic-organic composite flame-retardant composition contains an inorganic hydroxide having a polymer layer and an organic resin.
