PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsified composition which is excellent in moistness, is prevented from crystallization of a ceramide and a ceramide analog, and has a good storage stability. SOLUTION: This oil-in-water emulsified composition contains the following components (A)-(E): (A) at least one compound selected from ceramides and ceramide analogs, (B) a polymer of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid having alkyl groups on side chains, (C) a p-oxybenzoic acid ester or phenoxyethanol, (D) a surfactant with an HLB of 8 or lower, and (E) water.
