PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plurality of kinds of construction plates having different color appearance on a design surface with a simple method even when a plurality of original plates having the same projection/recession pattern on the design surface are coated with the same upper coating. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the construction plate 1, an original plate 2 having the design surface 201 formed with a plurality of projections 21 is prepared as a preparation step. Nextly, a lower coating layer 4 is formed as a lower coating layer formation step and an upper coating layer 5 is formed as an upper coating layer formation step. Thereafter, a plurality of kinds of removal rolls 7 having different hardness of the roll surface 701 are prepared as a removal step and the upper coating 50 before drying is deposited/removed. At this time, at least one of the plurality of removal rolls 7 is brought into contact with the upper coating layer 5 in the original plate. A larger amount of the upper coating 50 on the design surfaces 201 of the respective original plates 2 is deposited/removed relative to the original plate 2 contacted with the removal roll 7 having the low hardness of the roll surface 701.
