The outer cover has a cylinder and two curved surfaces at both ends and a reinforcing ring at the exterior surface of the cylinder of the outer cover. Each curved surface has an intensified structure distributed around mounting holes of the curved surface. The structure is a plate and together with the curved surface a smooth curved surface forms. An independent claim is included for a super vacuum isolation tank.
