PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair request system 1 capable of quickly coping with repair, a mobile phone remote controller 20, a repair center 30, an air-conditioner 10, and a repair request method.

SOLUTION: The repair request system 1 requests repair of the air-conditioner 10 and is provided with: the mobile phone remote controller 20; and the repair center 30. The mobile phone remote controller 20 remotely controls the air-conditioner 10 via a wireless channel 70 and receives operation data of the air-conditioner 10 via the wireless channel 70. The repair center 30 receives personal information of a user of the mobile phone remote controller 20 and the operation data of the air-conditioner 10 from the mobile phone remote controller 20 to receive a report on the fault of the air-conditioner 10.
