<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems and methods for reducing the distribution costs of printed documents for an event such as a trade show, or marketing or industrial events. <P>SOLUTION: One of the systems for providing a copy of documents has: a memory 230 which stores a document digital data set; a document identifier receipt circuit 260 which receives a document identifier; a delivery information receipt circuit 270 which receives delivery information; a document identifier matching circuit 280 which identifies one document digital data set from among document digital data sets stored on the basis of the document identifier; and one or more output devices and a delivery address association circuit 290. The output device outputs the copy of the identified document, and the delivery address association circuit 290 associates the identified document digital data set with a delivery address on the basis of the delivery information to deliver the copy of the identified document to the delivery address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
