<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give services of equipment operation from a maker manufacturing and selling processing machines or the like to users using the processing machines. <P>SOLUTION: A user-side computer device 13 is provided with an information collection part 15 for collecting equipment information relating to equipment and a communication part 19 for distributing equipment information. A center-side computer device 5 is provided with a communication part 27 for receiving equipment information and an information distribution part 29 which reads equipment information and classifies and distributes it into use state information relating to a user state of equipment, fault information relating to faults of equipment, and operation information relating to operation of equipment. Furthermore, a means for prompting a user to properly use the equipment on the basis of use state information, a means for taking measures against faults on the basis of fault information, and a means for properly maintaining user's equipment on the basis of operation information, are provided.
