<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed-monitoring method that can select high accuracy or high responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The speed-monitoring method of a motor control device comprises a step ST2A that reads in position data by a CPU at each sampling cycle; a step ST2B that applies necessary processings for control by the CPU; a step ST3 that calculates speed data; a step ST4 that sets (n-1)th speed data (v(n-1)), which are the speed data before n-sampling to n-th speed data (v(n)) from present speed data, and calculates the n-th speed data (v(n)) from second speed data (v(2)) at a similar procedure; a step ST5 that defines the current obtained speed data (v) as first speed data (v(1)); a step ST6 that calculates the moving average of n-pieces of speed data from the first speed data (v(1)) to the n-th speed data (v(n)); and a step ST7 that obtains speed-monitoring data (vmon) and outputs them to a monitoring circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
