<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable measurement probe capable of being easily inserted into the oral cavity of a patient, facilitating work and surely preventing infections at the time of root canal length measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The disposable probe for the root canal length measurement to be used together with a root canal length measuring device comprises: a needle-passing part 21 provided with a conductive member on at least one part and capable of making a stylus pass through, where the stylus and the conductive member are brought into contact and electrically conducted in the state of passing through the stylus; a connecting wire 22 provided with a conductive core material and a coating formed of an insulating polymer, for which the core material is electrically connected to the conductive member of the needle-passing part; and a connection part 23 provided on the tip of the connecting wire and connectable with a connector provided on the root canal length measuring device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
