<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic cooker composed taking into consideration a safety aspect in the case where a cooking pan is disposed at a position outside a predetermined heating area or warpage of the bottom of the cooking pan exceeds an allowable range. <P>SOLUTION: This electromagnetic cooker is provided with: a heating coil disposed under a top plate for mounting the cooking pan; a first temperature detection means disposed so as to be positioned at the center part of the heating coil; a second temperature detection means disposed so as to be positioned with a predetermined distance in a radius from the center part of the heating coil; and a control means for stopping power supply to the heating coil when a predetermined condition is not satisfied by comparing the detection temperature of the first temperature detection means with that of the second temperature detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
