COMPOSITION FOR LIGHT SCATTERING FILM AND LIGHT SCATTERING FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light scattering film excellent in a light scattering function and surface smoothness, and composition for a light scattering film used to form the light scattering film.

SOLUTION: The composition for the light scattering film is characterized by containing fluorine containing resin particulates which are composed by copolymerizing fluorine containing ethylene unsaturated monomers by 10-60 wt.% and other ethylene unsaturated monomers by 90-40 wt.% and whose average particle diameters are 0.8-5.0μm, and transparent resin whose refractive index is≥1.50 and≤1.70. The light scattering film is formed by using the composition for the light scattering film.
