PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food heating apparatus providing texture and flavor specific for charcoal grilling, facilitating the cooking and requiring no special skill of a cooker. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a charcoal mount means (a heat-resistant box 3) mounted with the charcoal, or the heat source of the heating, a food conveyance means (a belt conveyer 2) provided in the upper part of the charcoal mount means and conveying the foods, and a cover means (a cover 1) provided in the upper part of the food conveyance means and covering the foods conveyed by the food conveyance means. Preferably, this apparatus is further provided with a drive means (a driving motor 23 or the like) vertically moving the cover means integrally with the food conveyance means.
