PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a program video recording reproduction system, a program video recording reproduction server, a program receiving terminal, and a program guide generating method" whereby a user easily identifies viewed programs and unviewed programs in the case of viewing a program so as to view the program efficiently. SOLUTION: In creating a list of programs recorded in the program video recording reproduction server 4, the program video recording reproduction server 4 compares view data to particularize programs viewed by the program receiving terminal 6 with program data for particularizing programs recorded in the program video recording reproduction server 4, and differentiates a display form of the programs viewed by the program receiving terminal 6 from a display form of the other programs so as to display the viewed programs in an identifiable way from the unviewed programs when programs particularized by the view data exist in the programs recorded by the program video recording reproduction server 4.
