PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform operations from specification of an editing range in the body of electronic mail having the body containing image data to selection of editing contents for data included in the editing range when the electronic mail is created. SOLUTION: The electronic mail creating device which creates the electronic mail having the body containing the image data displays a list of editing items showing contents of editing of the data included in the editing range in response to specification of the editing range in the body of the electronic mail being created.
