PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head which can deal with a change in the position of a discharge opening and a liquid injection device which is not oversized as a whole without undermining the reliability of a drive signal supply means. SOLUTION: The liquid injection head 320 comprises a head unit part 330 having a nozzle formation part 334 with a nozzle opening and an actuator part 331; and a flexible cable part 350 with a case part 320 and the like and a vibration signal supply means 351 which is connected with the case part 320 and the head unit part and supplies a vibration signal. In addition, the flexible cable part 350 to be plurally formed has a flexible cable body 353 with the vibration signal supply means 351; and a flexible cable connection part 354 which is formed connecting with one end side of the flexible cable body 353 and also connected with the head unit part. Further, between the flexible cable body 353 and the flexible cable connection part 354, a flexing part 355 which is flexuous is arranged and the flexing angle of the flexing part 355 is formed with a differing angle per flexible cable part.
