PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Welsh onion conveyor for drying the harvested Welsh onions on the ground. SOLUTION: The Welsh onion conveying machine is equipped with a downward conveyor 19 that conveys down Welsh onions N from the machine body and send out them in the side position based on the ground G from the end of the conveyor 19 toward the ground G. The conveying machine is equipped with a horizontal conveyor 17 for conveying the Welsh onions N in the horizontal direction and a descending conveyor 19. The vegetable discharging position in the downward conveyor is made controllable. The horizontal conveyor 17 and the descending conveyor 19 are continuously provided and an onion-spring out inhibitor 31 that exactly inhibits the conveyed onions from spring out of the conveying route is attached to the place where the vegetables are relayed from the horizontal conveyor 17 to the descending conveyor 19. A vegetable-falling off inhibitor 50 is set on the upper face of the descending conveyor 19. A vegetable posture attitude controller 18 for adjusting the posture of the vegetables are provided on the vegetable conveying route. The conveying angle in the descending conveyor 19 is made adjustable. The driving forces for the horizontal conveyor 17 and the descending conveyor 19 are provided on the same axis.
