The glass is inserted from the top into a circular opening (10) in the front segment of the holding element (7) with the stem and the base pointing downward. The holding element (7) has a spherical rear section (5) to be inserted into one of several rows of complementary shaped slots (8) provided at a double walled vertically positioned panel. The slots (8) can be long, facilitating the horizontal adjusting of the position of the individual glass, or short, suitable for holding a single glass in a predetermined position.
