<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module with its photovoltaic efficiency improved by forming on its surface an antireflection coating low in incidental light reflectance and high in solar energy incidence rate. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module is formed by encapsulating solar cells in between a front-side transparent protective member 11 and a rear-side protective member, and has an antireflection coating formed on the surface of the front-side protective member 11. The antireflection coating comprises a high-refraction layer 4 and a low-refraction layer 5 formed on the high-refraction layer 4. The low-refraction layer 5 is formed by photocuring a coating containing hollow silica particles, a polyfunctional (meth)acrylic compound, and a photopolymerization initiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
