<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close the opening of a connection box body surely by the covering part of a cover with a long stride. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric connection box 1, an connection box body 3 is provided with an opening 2, a cover 7 is provided with a covering part 6 for closing the opening while sliding, an intermediate cover 5 is fixed to the inside of the connection box body, the cover is fixed to the connection box body while facing the intermediate cover, and the opening is closed by guiding the covering part to the intermediate cover and the connection box body. On the periphery of the opening 2, the intermediate cover 5 and the connection box body 3 are provided with guide parts 13 and 35 for the covering part. Both guide parts 13 and 35 are continuous in the sliding direction of the covering part 6.
