<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club having superior workability, and having performances such as elongation of a carry of a ball, lightening of the weight, a high-grade quality, and corrosion resistance and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: At least, parts of a shaft part 4 and a head part 1 constituting this golf club are composed of titanium of 88-92 atom% and the rest, titanium alloy consisting of tin and molybdenum; and the outer circumference of the shaft part 4 is treated with oxidation to form a color layer composed of oxide coating. The use of the titanium alloy can improve spring properties as the golf club to elongate the carry of the ball and the formation of the color layer can improve its aesthetic appearance and oxidation resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
