<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier which is free from maintenance by using especially a blower means low in noise and power consumption without directly using water, and can supply gas humidified to the humidity almost equal to the relative humidity of atmospheric pressure air. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier includes: a plurality of hollow fiber bundles obtained by bundling hollow fiber shape moisture permeable membranes for permeating moisture in the air; a casing having at least two opening parts for fixing both the end parts of the hollow fiber bundles respectively at prescribed interval and covering the hollow fiber bundles; and a flow path for allowing a non-humidified gas to pass through the internal part of the hollow fiber shape moisture permeable membrane, having the blowing means in one opening part and a discharge port in the other so as to blow the air to the gap of the hollow fiber bundles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
