<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collected information providing device and a method and its program for promoting the proper local collection of collected articles. <P>SOLUTION: When a region input button 34a is depressed, a CPU 22 executes a local input program 24a. A user inputs a zip code(region identification information), and makes an ROM 24 store it. When an information output button 34b is depressed by a user, the CPU 22 executes an information output program 24b, and reads the collected information of a self-governing body corresponding to the zip code stored in the ROM 24 from collection association information 24a stored in the ROM 24, and reads the collected information sheet stored in the ROM 24, and prepares the collected information sheet embedded with the collected information, and prints it out.
