PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording reservation apparatus in which contents of a video recording reservation are confirmed without accessing the video recording reservation apparatus from a user side. SOLUTION: A CPU 12 confirms the presence/non-presence of a video recording reservation Rn from a user stored in a nonvolatile memory 19. If the presence of the video recording reservation Rn on a present day is judged, all video recording reservations Rn of the relevant day are read into a RAM 18. Furthermore, a notification time T stored in the nonvolatile memory 19 is read and stored in the RAM 18. A notification mail M having the video recording reservations Rn read into the RAM 18 as contents is created, and the notification mail M is transmitted to a mobile terminal 3 at a time just before the notification time T of reservation times.
