PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement structure capable of decomposing NOx by action of sunlight, etc. for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A layer mainly composed of a cement is formed on the surface of pavement body, and since water solution type titanium oxide is dispersed on the layer mainly composed of the cement, the NOx in air can be decomposed into nitrate ion by action of sunlight, etc. over a long period of time.
